This boat was individually handcrafted in 2007 in Vermont by the Adirondack Guide-Boat Company. It’s a blend of the best design and modern boat building technology. The design marries a sharp waterline with a wide flat keel, symmetrically concaved bilges and hard chines, and in Sea-foam green, it’s perfect for Florida.
Fishing: The low center of gravity of this boat allows you to take your mind off of the boat and keep it where it belongs, on the fish. The pinned oars are fine just sitting in the water while you fish. The low draft of this boat makes it possible for you to get almost anywhere while making almost no noise. The boat is easy to row and can cover a large amount of water getting you to the fish, fast. The boat is butt and back friendly, allowing you to comfortably sit while seeking your prey.
Carrying Capacity: This 14-ft boat can take one, two or three people, or two adults and a couple of kids. It performs well if lightly loaded and performs equally well if heavily loaded.
Ease of Use: This boat takes the virtues of a rowboat and the virtues of a canoe and blends those qualities together, leaving their defects behind.
